Although we are certain you shall love our products, we do offer a full refund if the item is returned within two weeks of its arrival. Please email us for the details of where to send the parcel to. The product must be in its original condition and packaged appropriately for mail, if we receive the parcel and it is damaged, the refund will be forfeited. The return mailing charge will be at the customers own cost.

We have two shipping options of 1st and 2nd class which you are able to choose from at the checkout.
